• The tub for the tower is made from HDPE, approved for food contact, and does not contain any BPA.
• The rest of the parts are made from polycarbonate/ABS. It is stable to UV light, it is FDA compliant. Polycarbonate contains some BPA, manufacturer will not say how much, only that it is measured in parts per billion, and that the BPA is embedded in the PC, that is why it is cleared for food contact use both in US and Canada
• The Tomato Cage is made with Polypropylene, it stable and FDA compliant for food packaging. No BPA’s are found in Polypropylene
• Lastly, the net pots are made with an Polypropylene as well
• All products are naturally opaque so there is no additive to make them so.
